I've been shopping around with brokers and have tried Obie and Steadily and those told me that they have no providers currently writing Landlord Policies in Harris County Houston TX.Can anyone advise if they have also run into this and if they have found  a solution?

Also consider joining SWLA which is run by Jon Frickensmith--in my experience, it's a fantastic resource for Kenosha/Racine landlords and when you need contractors, you can ask the group of members who I found to be all active landlords in the area.

@John Hidalgo We have a different area with huge summer rental potential so every rental is furnished and usually goes short term in the summer.

You have the manufacturer parts warranty and then the contractor labor warranty and if contractor was smaller they might not be around anymore when a problem arises. 15,000 sq ft roof depending on variables running about 8 bucks a foot but can go to 12 for a flat roof just varies on time of the year, amount of labor hours to remove current roof, and any product shortages.I would check right away to make sure the roof warranty was transferred and is not null and void.   

Just curious the thoughts here in using this credit short term.

Hello John, In short you want to value the business based on the EBITDA, or earnings before interest, taxes, deprecation and amortization.
