I believe the action I may take will be to wait until I have finished renovating the down stairs unit and then confront them that the foot traffic needs to cease as well as any recreational drug use.

My credit is pretty good (760+ FICO score using both installment and rolling credit) but obviously the part about being unemployed is going to make it extremely difficult to get a loan through traditional routes.

Only buy a 100' roll if you are installing a ground line.

Sounds like the sellers are slow rolling trying to get contingencies to pass in the contract and then hope you go through with it after being too deep in.What deal size is this??

Not from around the area and would rather not unintentionally slow roll the war zones.... :)
