The company's unique model combined with rapid success and growth has presented unique challenges and has also caused other archaic brokerages, who realize the threat eXp poses, to put a target on it. 

Starting in Des Moines and spidering out to the other metro areas like Omaha, Cedar Rapids, etc.

I currently own just 4 doors, but am already beginning to prioritize sharpening my skills as an investor rather than as an engineer because it allows for thinking outside of the box and the ability to create wealth much more rapidly and tangibly than in the civil career path.

When prices are going up at a rapid rate...4% per month...At some point...no matter what you say about supply and there not being enough...Prices will be unaffordable to the majority of the job pool.

From a business standpoint how will this new rapidly depreciating asset help grow your business? 

Without reading widely and intentionally seeking how to rapidly improve myself, I would be nowhere in life... whereas if I had a degree, I could at least (potentially) have a mediocre job, worse case. 

Would be great to connect and learn more about the successes, roadblocks, issues you face as an investor in a market like Phoenix as prices and rents rapidly increase.
