It’s also very popular right now as it’s a very fragmented market and the game is changing rapidly in terms of new types of stores being built in urban and suburban locations.Make sure to do your research and study the markets you are looking to invest in as there are a lot of stores in the development pipeline right now and most REITS are pulling back  on purchases.

We have to have them on 8/point foundations ($8000) or full perimeter foundations (15-$20,000)to get them financed, most already have 8/point foundation in place, or I have it put in.The median home price in our area is $490k and climbing rapidly.

Now is probably good time to get those HELOCs in place while you can, so you will be ready to go when things get cheap again.Mark the first thing to get frozen in a down turn IS the HELOC's  banks can call those and freeze them at anytime.. the only thing that would be immune from that is putting term mortgage's on your stuff and then putting the cash in the bank.. or investing it for at least as much as your interest is.. ( which there are funds you can do that , those funds allow U to call your money in 30 day increments.)
