If I were the seller or listing agent, you wouldnt be buying the property, not just because of not providing the DU, but if the lenders response was that, it would immediately make me think that lender is completely incompetent and there was no way that deal would get to closing.

I haven’t seen Rome, GA pop up on here a lot but have looked at some properties there and at first glance seems like a no brainer.

Current owner has had no issues in the 6 years of ownership and no issues insuring.

I am looking to purchase a few rentals properties on deals that came in through my direct seller marketing.
