If you don’t have a strong enough why, you’ll lose sight and get distracted and have unrealistic expectations of what real estate is suppose to do for you and you’ll get bitter and move on to another life preserver with lead weights in it.Having your license is great!

It looks like some cities are attempting to leverage business vs residential zoning codes to preserve the area.

They finally nailed me for $9,800 & two years later they sent it all back with interest. 

there just isn't going to be a specific calendar year when a couple million extra houses get put on the market across the US.For a longer answer, I think @Dan Heuschele nails it - there are going to be different impacts to different markets. 

I have put several of these kits together and inevitably wind up having to customize walls on site. or nail off sheathing the robots missed!!!
