This too comes from the quantile groups based on the $/sf, but instead of segmenting and averaging this together for all sales in the Q (like in market stats to track High, Mid, and Low), this instead groups all of the returned comps transactions, reflecting the High, Mid, and Low values for your specifically entered housing product (just like the market-segmented charts with High, Mid, Low).
