There are deals out there depending on the area but you have to be patient, think outside of the box, change strategies, etc., in order to make the numbers work.

There's no incentive for him if the property gets sold for 210K or 250K as long as the mortgage balance covers the purchase price.Not all short sales are approved and you'll have to be very patient.
