I am moving to Havelock North Carolina soon and am looking to purchase a multi family property of 2-4 units in Eastern NC.

I'm 30 years old living in Fayetteville/Fort Bragg North CarolinaI bought a condo a few years ago (which I didn't get a great deal on) for $65K, I just started renting that one out.Last month I bought a house for my fiance.

My ideal location would be somewhere around Little Italy (Hillcrest, Banker’s Hill) but would be fine with anything in that general area (North Park, Burlingame, South Park, etc.)

Lots of decent neighborhoods especially on the west and north sides of town.  

I help my clients buy in all areas of Columbus but I am invested in Old North Columbus (3 property/10 units) and Franklinton (1 property/4 units).

My credit it just north of 700 and i make roughly 33,000 a year.

Looking much further north now for my retirement, on the shores of the Black Sea, place called Kerch in the Crimean peninsula.You mentioned nothing about alien space bats.

I know a few of these communities near Santa Clarita and the ones coming up north of that .. but you are a bit overconfident of the vacancy rates in new developments.
