Hello Community,I would love to hear from anyone who knows what public information is recorded in the tax assessors office,  and also what kind of information specifically for real estate investors are useful.

I’m pretty sure something else is coming up after the heater’s fixed and it’ll be non stopping, also it’s getting warmer in north cal.Is it a really bad idea to carry out UD process when there’s outstanding repairs going on?

I learned many things about real estate that I didn't know about, even simple things such as pulling public records of homes and seeing how much a person paid for a property as well as seeing the current year's value assessment of a home.

The only thing new here is that with Zillow the garbage AVM number is publicly visible.

I'm not so sure the banks are irrational but what do I know...There is nothing to "Bid" on until/unless it goes to public auction so, no, you can't bid on it.
