Good news!

(His previous executive order expired May 31st.)So this can be good news or bad news. 

The questions are rather generic and there are lots of articles and posts giving generic answers, so I'll just post a short reply.1.

When you're starting out, I recommend learning as much as you can from reading books and articles, and listening to podcasts and webinars (Bigger Pockets has some great ones).

I will try to update you all on my next endeavor and I hope to have good news about the success of the business. 

I ask because I have relatives who own in the metro Vancouver area and at least according to this article, turn-key opportunities may come up as government programs put in place due to Covid, wind down over the summer.
