I know other investors who are successful wholesalers but they are established with a good buyers network already.

i look forward to networking and am excited to absorb the knowledge from such helpful individuals that know the business - hopefully, i can offer help myself while i progress in this business and work to get out of corporate america as soon as possible!

Depending on your location, networking with a realtor is your best bet.

I am seeking a mentor (willing to pay for that help of course) to learn the biz and get into it as well as a good network of other investors, and a team of advisors (RE attorney, RE agents, etc).

This actually happened to one of the guys in my investor network, but he was intuitive enough to not trust it and actually informed the authorities about it.

In your hometown join your local REI club and network.
