My last point - yes going the hard road is often worth it in the long run - but the physical and mental effects that stress has on our lives and bodies is a very real thing.

Jobs increased most in leisure & hospitality (up 280,000), construction (up 110,000), and education and health services (up 101,000).

Not only is it setting you free financially, but also mentally. 

It’s difficult mentally to break down that wall but it is absolutely better to spend a lot of resources looking for properties that only you are bidding on than it is to go for others that tons of others also have eyes on.

Maybe you or someone you know have some health challenges that don't allow you to work regular steady jobs. 

They are looking for health & saftey issues only and it states on all their paperwork you can't sue them for missing something.2) We've been doing this since 1994 and we still pay for inspections - why do you think we don't try to penny-pinch on inspections?
