An individual in a long term care nursing facility is likely to have diminished capacity.A little detective work may lead you to the facility, but that may not be helpful as laws will interfere with facility revealing if your party resides in their facility.You might find your owner but not be wise to get your purchase docs signed by this person. 

As a lot of you know, I'm currently in the lead generation stage.

Most people use direct mailings, Craigslist posts, bandit signs, and driving for $$ in order to find leads to wholesale. 

So that just leads me to believe that those who didn't call to confirm never showed up and it made me glad I didn't either because it would have been a waste of my valuable time. 

I'm not sure what I was thinking but definitely did not intend to lead you astray.  

I never got any more leads from that sign and I took it down a week or so later.

So after networking and talking to people I know, I came along this lead where there's still 100k left on the loan but the ARV is only 120k.
