I couldn't imagine using a lawyer for a typical eviction, but that's just me......One guy on this thread said that you have to "store his possessions".

I can tell you that my vampire literature and Italian film studies classes that I took to fulfill general ed requirements have done GREAT things for my real estate business. -.- If you do decide to pursue real estate, you will have the flexibility to do college classes if you decide that's something that will benefit you.

As a novice, I look at it an imagine it would be less expensive than a new build because the structure is already there, you just have to add plumbing, insulation, etc.
