If your investment is good then it is a good source.

Is anyone aware of a site or source that one can review to see the results of those investors engaged in wholesale activities?

One of my best sources has been the gals at the water company, and city code enforcement officer.  

Her entire "apartment" was half a shipping container, and the smallest living space I have ever seen.A lot of your sources for information I assume will make it seem like they are living the high life on their NON living wages.

My experience here in SW Michigan is this:- there are no true wholesalers in this area that produce enough volume that they can be considered a real source- if you want deals you'll need to market for them yourself; the others are keeping their leads to maintain their own business- I've heard from a few pretenders claiming they're wholesaling- make sure you check up on their claims, see if the properties are already listed, etc. 

You are in NJ where you cannot discriminate based on source of income, and a Section 8 voucher is considered a source of income.

Listsource.com, Agentpro247.com is another source.
