Has anyone had luck with buying cheaper homes through Reo sites?

I would advise you to stay far away from Morris Invest, just search them on the site to see the trouble others are having with them.

There's a reason wholesalers get a bad reputation - and it's not because they are making a profit without having skin in the game or don't have a license - it's usually because they move crappy deals, or they hang their clients out to dry when the deal goes bad, or they sell to people who really shouldn't be getting involved in the deal because they are not capable of handling the deal.Also - there's not one single definition of what "wholesaling" is.

(I wish I would have found this site at that time) Since finding BP I have been obsessed with the amount of information available.

I have been at the REI game since 1992, I have a rule that has saved my butt many times, you can't force a deal.

I do get good business from it.Most investors on the site are residential and the commercial investors tend to stay more in the back ground.
