Hi, I'm a new REI and new to this forum (well, I've never submitted a post and don't know yet how to find answers to questions already posted).

GA is not a tax lien state - It's a "Hybrid" Tax Deed state (tax deed with 12 months redemption).There are many posts in the forum regarding GA sales.

I would network with local investors, read plenty of the blogs on BP, and stay active on the forums.
