Plus they make some foods that smell bad to me (a lot of fish and Mexican foods).

More if food and lodging is included or other activities that have a reasonable cost to them.The RE industry is a closely held trade or profession, has been since the inception of the sales side of the industry.

The info is the same as online, but what was very valuable to me was having multiple brokers come throughout the course and discuss their firms ( they also brought food!).

Just some food for thought as I think if you aren't careful you can be fighting against those who are actually fighting a very same battle as you are.

I have read the guide and a lot of it is not applicable in my area because of different laws etc.But what the book has done is given me food for thought and hopefully I can use some of the lending strategies in order to find myself a financier.Thanks againDunstan

Thanks @Sam Erickson , that is good to know it is an option.Just food for thought, I mentioned this idea to an excellent home inspector I know in the Milwaukee area.
