I paid $3.50 a sf for the flooring, but it was on sale from $4 sf - last time I priced it I saw $4.25.As an installation tip, your flooring guys will do what they will, and of course the parquet adds a complication, but I found the best method to remove old plywood is actually to pull out each and every nail and lift them right out!!!
