The issue at hand is I have paid thousands to an attorney, had to leave work twice and be at court, not to mention that they still bought 30 days of extra free rent to do this. 99% percent of the time the people I screen are wonderful.

Hi, very new to this site and have been listening to the podcasts (which I feel are a wealth of knowledge). 

To my knowledge we haven't gotten specific complaints regarding fairness related to sharing the heat.

I also am studying an accountant program, and I also want to change jobs into that field as it will double my personal income, and thus increase our capital and reserves, and also benefit our real estate journey through the knowledge I will gain.

It really breaks investing down in a simple way that makes it something that the average person can do with some investment in gaining knowledge, thinking outside the box, and simply taking that first step in investing.I am currently in the process of selling my first investment property with a couple of my business partners and I am looking to go all in on investing moving forward. 

Bonus: my sister is house hacking a triplex near Lake of the Isles, and I can start with neighborhoods where I already have basic local knowledge. 

Probably not negligence, just lack of knowledge.

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.

Your essentially wasting their time gaining knowledge from their experience.
