As a layperson, it would appear to me that if you were to attempt to prohibit a properly licensed medical marijuana tenant from his/her drug in any way, that would be discriminatory against a certain class of people.

I don't think you will get any assurance walking into this deal so you should proceed with caution.The government will force a land sale when it is in the best interest of the public however they will contact the owner of the property and a price will be established.

@Dina Harleth I am going to assume that your PM is also a licensed Realtor and is using the California Association of Realtors standard contract, if this is the case they will almost certainly not be willing to change it partially because it is against the California Association of Realtors terms of service and could also affect the contract as a whole.

After college he can join an orchestra or teach while driving his Real Estate forward as he wants his RE license when he turns 18.
