Electric stove, dryer or central air all use 220. if you dont you need it anyway. 220 to the 'garage' probably not.

Hi Al Williamson I do not pay for AC/electric, but if the tune-up would prolong the life of the ac units then I figured it would be worth it.

Apparently it covers all the normal HOA stuff plus electric and heating as well. * Property taxes are ~$1200/year* Not sure what landlord insurance would be on this yet - reasonable to presume $1200/year?
