I am looking for subcontractors in the colorado springs area for a big rehab looking for plumbing, drywall, electrical, siding, painting, countertops etc.

I have a 2400 sf home on a 1.5 acre corner lot that has been a gut-renovation -  from new insulation, electric, to all new sheetrock, paint, flooring, all new kitchen and new bathrooms.It is zoned commercially and residential, has an attached 800 sf garage.

They are big on things like old wooden stairs without railings, chimneys in need of repointing, lack of heat or electricity, commercial units in residential buildings (even though it is allowed it is really hard to convince them of that).  

Electrical has been updated, mostly. 

If you don't want tenants to mess with burning wood, then do a gas fireplace insert or electric fireplace insert or restrict the use for candle displays and decorative logs.

In the next ten years, it very likely might be electricity that gets Mike from the farm to the store.  

For any electrical stuff, always call a professional.Overall, this seem to be a great deal.

I have a small electric question.I used a GCFI receptacle tester on one receptacle that displays "hot/neut. reverse".

Looks like  slate roof powers your power wall and in sun shinning states your totally self sufficient. you plug in your electric car and off you go.. 

In my experience, tenants LOVE all electric!
