We have had several people interested in the home and have said that we did a great job of getting it ready to sell, but when they talk with the park owner about the lot fee he said he would raise the lot fee by $200 and he does not provide any services. 

Other than that most attorneys charge for a particular job.

AKA quite my day job.My current financially situation:  -- No non-mortgage debt-- Have a high-ish paying job (100k/year) and save aggressively. 

I have around 25k in cash and I have around 680 credit score (currently improving) with a part time job (20 hours/week).

So she's not cleaning uniforms for multiple jobs or anything that would explain running the laundry that often.I want to do my homework before contacting the tenant.

I'm in NYC, does anyone have a recommendation for a company or person who can do a good job?
