And replacing all appliances- Renovate the bathroom with new tiling, etc as neededEntire house needs (not urgent besides the windows + meters/heating):- Replace concrete panel siding and brick veneer- Replace railings on the front balcony and stairs- Bigger project: Convert the ground floor garage into a living space for the first unit (who should I contact for help with this?)

Kitty is your best freind.And do solve it soon, bats and their droppings are unhealthful.If I had a partner on the deal who didn't agree, I'd cut it out of my own wallet::because I beleive it's the right thing to do (vs. must do it).Dog, cat, male or female owner--that's how things work in my world (the right thing to do).Good Luck!
