I'm new to the world of financing and like to do things really REALLY safe.

Safe to say, he knows what he's talking about.For most new investors, a big struggle is finding the capital to jump start their real estate investing career.

I always thought of this site as a safe place to ask questions without being ridiculed for a decision that I haven't even made yet.

Fund A was safe and Fund B was riskier(the people in the experiment didn't know that)They all got to decide how much often they would receive updates on their stocks and then make decisions accordingly.

To each their own, but sites like Upwork etc have made outsourcing very easy and safe even for small  businesses.

After jumping in I can truly say I get the same (or better) high from playing with real estate instead of cars, and it is pretty safe to say my worst real estate deal will come out better financially than a destroyed race car. 

I talked to city permitting and it’s def not permitted but if inspector says it’s safe and eveything is brought to code they said it will be ok.
