That will be plan C.I normally get most of my business from VRBO at top dollar.I have lowered the price some due to the situation and I have been tearing it up from the bargain shoppers and non planner's on Airbnb.So I am happy for the moment but want to get back to the higher paying VRBO customers.

My wife also owned her own condo, so we had that as a rental.In 2015 we (somewhat regretfully) sold both our places and put the equity into some land and we designed a custom built home.

We are finding that when you prove that you are worthy of TRUST, and position yourself to PROVIDE VALUE to others or offer solutions to their problems, some of the sweetest deals are out there just waiting for the right, honest go-getter to find a creative way to MAKE THE DANG THING HAPPEN.

I would not recommend looking into them unless your capital gains are very large, warranting the hassle and cost of those advanced solutions.
