I wonder if this tenant is paying current market rent?

My wife and I currently own a single family 3/2, .25 acre lot in Fort Lauderdale.

I currently have a mortgage of $25,000 on the property, the property value is around $220,000 to $240,000.

You could likely mirror the model in other markets that require transient workers such as traveling nurses or those working in the oil and construction fields. 

In the off season, I would market to work crews and others who might travel to the area for several weeks at a time.
