well if it creates way more traffic etc that could be negative.. but in most jurisdictions like what was mentioned above developers have to send out written notice to all landowners within ( 300 feet) Is state of Oregon rules.. so most anyone who has owned property in some sort of path of progress has gotten these types of notifications.

There are some things that work 100% and will pass in some areas but in other areas of the country will not pass inspection.
