Did you go down this path or not?

well if it creates way more traffic etc that could be negative.. but in most jurisdictions like what was mentioned above developers have to send out written notice to all landowners within ( 300 feet) Is state of Oregon rules.. so most anyone who has owned property in some sort of path of progress has gotten these types of notifications. 

There are some things that work 100% and will pass in some areas but in other areas of the country will not pass inspection.

It might be a smoother more cost effective path to take. 

Ie does the path of progress look to be heading that way?

I will definitely educate myself and get myself in the right path.

I bought it, lived in it, and fixed it up then turned it into a rental when I moved across the country!

Sounds like that's the path I'll have to go down anyway, but I will just need to ensure the new loan does not have a DOS clause.
