My wife had her heart set on a kegerator in the Airbnb but it sounds like too much of a headache to be worth it!  

And I think that's the heart of your misunderstanding. 

It is what you set your heart and mind to do and what you desire to accomplish with all of your soul as well as simple time management.

This will warn and alert people to be careful and watch out for the evil hearted people!

If I could go back to my younger self I would say follow your heart and do real estate.

These type of regulations dont just change out of the goodness of their hearts....someone is looking for a way to make more $$.In my experience most people looking to add an ADU are looking for a way to add income or equity to their property and the average joe isnt going to get the government to allow him to do that if its been prohibited before.

All of us here on this forum have skin in the game -- and in our hearts, we know better. 

I've known owners of all breeds of aggressive dogs and they're generally sweet hearts until that one dog, for some unknown reason sets them off and now you're liable.
