It is much more time consuming than I expected, but I am also excited as if operated properly, good cash flows from STR can complement my more stable long-term rentals. 

The distinguishing point here is occupancy. 99% of HMLs will not lend on Primary Residences or Owner Occupied because they don’t have the licensing to do these Consumer loans.

We opted out of using them for rehab to avoid additional costs at closing and draw/inspection fees during the rehab.

Every time a Realtor listed a property in MLS for rent, it would appear on Zillow as well as other sites such as Realtor.com unless the agent "opted out"(That feature is not available in all areas)Why the change for Zillow? 

I have 8ft ceilings so I opted for the ceiling cartridges to keep the look clean.

I would opt for south Denver next year as well but prices are high.

Then there’s the conundrum of any mass-produced product: the consumer.
