@Jay Hinrichs - I need to place a construction lien / mechanics lien on two properties - the local clerk's office was not overly helpful.

All feedback and constructive criticism are welcome.

I have specialized in land and new construction but plan to concentrate on investment real estate going forward. 

Their concept can be duplicate but you start small, a real estate licence, one renovation at the time, and eventually expanding into construction if that is what you want you can start where you are. 

@Jason Faucher,  These are crazy times for infill and spec construction in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties.  

Regardless of what I had I felt more comfortable in the construction business.  

@James BynumWe have a similar issue with our construction and demolition (C&D) dumpsters when rehabbing houses in the "student quarter" this time of year.  

He is also buying a new construction condo and selling his primary residence within the next 6 months.  

It all started back in 2004, as a recent graduate working in the construction industry, I took to living in the basement of a SFH in Arlington Va where my older brothers lived as well as another roommate.
