What I find is many people are not consistent with the marketing.

electrician fixed it last night, just normal wear and tear of a 35 year old house, worn out switch for hall lights. it feeds the bedroom wall outlets which she took out herself and replaced to try and fix the problem she couldnt trace, she calls me at that point , but not before, worrying me that she might have electrocuted herself.

My long term goal is to build a real estate empire consisting of both residential and commercial properties.

Although, it is rare that they will actually do that, especially if you are consistently making on time payments.

I'm a new investor and there are MANY that will value and are actually seeking investors who offer my reliability, dependability, integrity, credibility and a stellar work ethic which are consistent.

I plan on targeting some different demographics and adding more marketing channels for the upcoming year, and I expect that to increase my deal flow, and help me to also reach my goal of doing deals more consistently rather than deals here and there.

I see this as direct benefit of creating something for folks to make a living and feed their family.Teaching real estate techniques to me is something different but at the end of the day if you have one of your students excel and move foreword then they themselves are hiring GC's working on financing buying products etc etc.. so your contributing your just charging a few bucks to get them moving. were as I am doing it myself.we get to the same place, at the end of the day we are  making Chinese manufactor's rich.. that's the bottom line.

Direct mail is not cheap so I'd suggest saving your money until you can consistently mail 6 months of letters.  

Good value is always attractive as long as there is a consistent need for housing.C)  PETS ruin mobile homes; charge a steep premium for pets.
