Tenant must complete repairs within 60 days of damage or Landlord will complete repairs at Tenant cost. 

My insurance is claiming that if the battery was a defect that they will not cover the damage cost that the apartment complex will charge for the repairs.

Are you completely demolishing structures in the "abatement" of methamphetamine contamination?
