So your a foreigner and you dropped out of college to pursue real estate and you got 100 grand burning a hole in your pocket ... um you better start making better choices if you want to make it big in real estate .

I feel like my choice is to leave it and do nothing or refinish the whole thing even though only about 10% of the tub is damaged.  

You are making an awesome choice to be part of the industry. 

I have it narrowed down to a few choices, but I pose the following question to my REI peers. 

So this won't directly answer your question but you inevitably end up with two choices:1.)

If you talked to an Atlanta investor 3-4 years ago they would never invest in those areas given a choice.

Good Evening,Some people have nothing better to do with their lives than spread trash via social media.These people will not reach their full potential in life and that's their choice to make!

It seems like reaching out to a broker might be a good choice.

There are so many choices to make I'm just so stressed on figureing it out idk what to do.

Maybe as we grow it would be a good choice.
