It is not really lying as you are the property manager and the owner but referring to yourself as the Property Manager has some advantages when dealing with tenants including providing an excuse to not provide instant responses (need to confer with the owner).

If someone outbids your bid, they will gain ownership of the property unless you decide to bid higher.Any amount of overage above the fore mentioned costs, plus an amount for the trustee conducting the foreclosure sale, will go first to any inferior lies and second to the owner of the property.Also note that some states have different laws, procedures and rules for residential properties as opposed to commercial properties, some divide residences from non residences.
