This might work there.Another reasonable location would be somewhere in the Hamilton / Cambridge / Waterloo /  Guelph polygon:- Lots of available space- 15 - 45 min access to high tech centers, culture, urban centers - Growing safe communities- etc.Anyway - well above my ability to influence.Oren

I have had over 30 showings since the beginning of the year and I just paid for the house to be staged for another month, so I'm not sure if I should decline and keep showing or take the risk and hope it turns out in my favor.

Charlotte- Good job and population growth, along with the development of urban centers, continues to make the market attractive to residents.

The house is located in a nice quiet subdivision, however the subdivision and there is lots of construction around, lots of shopping centers with big brand stores are being built like in front of the subdivision the mall is like 6 minutes away and the freeway access is real close like not even 1mile from the subdivision.
