You've worked hard for years and have earned it!

If the listing agent also represents you, the buyer, they "earn" the full % fee, and may or may not advise you to protect YOUR best interests.  

While embarrassing, costly, and humiliating to say the least, we acknowledge that we are new to this process and have so much to learn as we move forward in our REI career.
