Currently, there is a home a block from us, on the market for $220k.

- 4 acres of land located in Salisbury, MA (1 block away from Salisbury Beach) - 1.81 - 1.90 buildable lot space (zoned for 2-3 duplexes) - Currently exisiting on lot: 1.)

QUIKCRETE hydraulic cement is better for holes in walls and block, broken or missing corners and such.

I know some of these places have cork boards, but I want to give these business owners some financial incentive to allow me to market in their establishments.My stumbling block is how would I track the marketing back to that particular business?

@Ana NomysIt would be valuable for you to know what % of the houses in the immediate area (block, surrounding streets, & town) have a garage?

It seems like every where I turn I hit another road block.

You may be able to talk an investor into paying $4K extra for that additional rent, but you'll have a hard time getting an appraiser to agree your house renting for $650 is worth $4K more than the exact same house that sold down the block that was renting for $600

I've seen whole blocks that look abandoned.
