Once you clean up after a entitlement person you will never caulk them again. and if you ever replace a toilet, the base never matches so you have to spend time cleaning up the line that is very visible from the nasty caulking on the previous toilet. 

If you wanted a little more of a finished look, you could tape and bed the drywall seams.

I can also see the % of income each type of expense and this lets me know where I need to focus to bring expenses in line.  

You may care about the bottom line, but that doesn't mean you are the best person to deal with it.
