A corner unit slightly smaller than mine that was not renovated closed for $405,000 in March 2019 and there is a pending 1 bedroom slightly larger (has a small study and larger bathroom) at $439,000 which will be closing 7/31 so I will be able to see the sale price soon.

It looks like the units have had some updates in floors, paint, counter tops and bathrooms which is all good.

I'd add up all the bedrooms (7) and all the bathrooms (?)

It appears that it may be coming from the upstairs bathroom sink yet I’m not totally positive.

While the small features do change over all what's been consistent in the last 10-15 years is the open concept floor plan, clean and simple cabinetry, a true master bedroom with double vanities and oversized closet, and office space. 

I am looking to get a reference for a contractor or two that can add a bathroom to a block house in Tampa.
