A corner unit slightly smaller than mine that was not renovated closed for $405,000 in March 2019 and there is a pending 1 bedroom slightly larger (has a small study and larger bathroom) at $439,000 which will be closing 7/31 so I will be able to see the sale price soon.

@Peter T.I implemented this and have 9 years without a call for change lightbulbs/clogged toilet/ smelly drain / broken window / shovel/salt sidewalks / bent curtain rods or bathroom towel holdersMove out inspections have no repair issues other than picture holes i walls.You may "think" it's ridiculous, but I'll compare my maintenance expenses with your properties any day.

While the small features do change over all what's been consistent in the last 10-15 years is the open concept floor plan, clean and simple cabinetry, a true master bedroom with double vanities and oversized closet, and office space.
