You don't need to give notice because the lease already says your agreement ends on May 31, 2020.HOWEVER...if your lease has an automatic renewal clause, then that changes everything.

However, I have started using Google Sheets a lot more for basic spreadsheets or checklists because I like that Google Sheets are lightweight, can be easily accessed on my Google Sheets app and are automatically saved to the cloud which makes file management much easier.

usually you can trace a zig-zag line on something that shifted (or see split bricks). not having gutters around a house also doesn't help when all that water collects at the footers. your inspector could've just been covering his *** by making that suggestion, as most of those guys are not structural engineers. getting an engineer's report will set you back $500, but you will have a piece of mind and a bit of negotiation leverage in this deal (especially during these covid times).did other big ticket items check out?
