Just today I had the seller auto-reject a HUD because the buyer used their full name (first, middle, last) for their vesting as opposed to how it appeared on the contract (just first, last).

I told all parties that I'm not an appraiser, but I used these forms to make it easier for all of us since we are all familiar with them.I mentioned in another thread that one assessor took issue with the fact that I'm not an appraiser and tried to have all of my evidence thrown out.

Downside is landlording from afar (although maintenance on a single unit condo should be easier than multifam) and that its only one unit, so if vacant I will have to pay mortgage + my own rent.

it would be so much easier im mean where are these people and when you meet them they take you for rides in there lambo's and to there huge houses and lake houses talk all this im going to start you in your own business meet their friends and never hear from them again lol all i want is your money ill do the work and make you 30k to 50k in a month or so it seems like people would just throw you there money they dont have to do anything and still rake in this much dough i dont get it maybe thats why i cant find them ?
