I'm going to make an assumption that is what it is.I would put together a simple addendum that states something like Tenant A and Tenant B will be vacating Apartment X on Sept. 30, 2018.

Milford, CT may be different, but every place I've been, once you move into a SFR, it's generally accepted the Tenant is responsible for the Lawn - it's a part of living in a SFR. 

A road to access my sellers house had been there for 50+ years with no complaint by the land owners.

Highly desirable location, school district, is a "coveted location" by locals because most of the land is developed and it sits off an extremely accessible roadOur current rent: $2,500 + Utilities (the home could almost certainly rent for $3k).
