I just want to make sure that I am able to fully validate all of the financials and not on the hook/forfeit my deposit if the numbers do not match what's being advertised. 

So, here I am trying to figure out if this is true or not and what have you all done, if you own an STR property which is like a log cabin.

All of this is necessary before looking at properties because you need to know how much you can borrow, how much you need to put down, and approximately how much you will make from each potential rental.
