It was a win-win all the way around.I just got a really good deal from a tenant who didn't want to move a leather couch, matching leather chair, flat screen type television stand, microwave, vacuum cleaner, 2 window air conditioners, kitchen table with 4 chairs, coffee table, and end table... all for $200 cash + $100 towards extra cleaning services to get his apartment back in shape.

We had the heating system quoted and the contractor suggested we change to forced air and put a furnace in the basement and in the attic.

Sure as long as the scenario makes sense Cody just dont be living in a bel air mansion and then try to purchase an owner occupied 4 plex in a rough part of town because the underwriter will have to pull out their decline stamp.

Don't change your air filter frequently enough and you reduce the life of the unit, not to mention its efficiency. 15 min here or there could make the difference between hundreds or thousands down the road.

The supply lines are at floor level under the cabinet & I've used Jedd's idea of loosely skirting with good air flow in front of the back of the box with pond liner.
