I have some people calling me back on my signs, letters and ads, and want to know better what I am doing.

There are usually investors and wholesalers there pitching their properties.Also, try checking Craigslist.org, as well as your local mls- if you don't have access to the mls, find an investor-friendly realtor and have them run a search for you.Call all of the investors/ wholesalers who have "We Buy Houses" ads/signs and see if they have properties available.Good luck,Steph

The less places they are listing ads in the more likely have a ton of work all the time and more likrly the quote will reflect an effort to win the bids.craigslist.com has help wanteds and those guys sometimes its bo career, but beer money and they may be just as good.

All I can say is this.If you do not plant in the spring, you will never have a harvest in the fall.

When I signed up a couple of years ago it was pretty basic, now there is a lot of added features.

Now I just need my own investors and I'll need "bigger Pockets" to hold the added income.

I also run ad's looking for buildable lots which are getting hard to find.What I'm doing right now is learning about foreclosures and preparing how to request a list from the Banks REO Dept.
