I was looking to rent out my current home and purchase a new property out of state.

Many bidders are from out of state and don't want a condo/land, etc. out of state.  

Purchase price: $45,000 Cash invested: $48,000 Purchased this mobile home for $45,000, as-is value is $150,000.

I’ve made it clear that I need reasonable notice, but the agent has flat-out told me that I don’t get to choose or consent to the times.

100% what @Chris Mason said.But I'm just curious:  Why did you choose a NN lease and not a NNN lease?
