They can either have an auction on site or sell the items via their website and social media.

So whoever is fortunate enough to already own property near the selected site will win, and anyone who tries to buy afterward will probably overpay. 

This site has been a financial life saver for me and a lot of it has to do with direct mail.

Can't agents and these sites co-exist peacefully?
